Eruslu Nonwoven Group "ENG", which prioritizes the production of the best quality products and customer satisfaction, produces with the awareness of ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificates with its microbiology laboratory and measurement laboratories.

For high quality of our product, we are controlling lines with online vision devices, metal detector, online weight and moisture measurement devices. In our measurement laboratories, according to EDANA measurement methods; raw material mixture ratio, moisture ratio, gsm measurements, thickness measurements, strength and elongation measurements, liquid absorption time measurement and liquid absorption capacity measurement tests are performed during production.

By the help with technological facilities we have in our microbiology laboratory, we provide information to our customers about the compliance of the microbiological activities of the nonwovens we produce with hygienic conditions with cosmetic regulations by performing USP. EP (US Pharmacopeia - European Pharmacopoeia) methods with the total aerobic mesophilic microorganisms, yeast and mold, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans Escherichia coli tests.
